Warranty Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2357 Steps Ltd. disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and error-free or uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that the Game will function without issues or that all defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall 2357 Steps Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, personal injury or property damage, or emotional distress. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Game is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some provisions may not apply to you.

Virtual Items & In-Game Purchases

Virtual items or currency have no real-world monetary value;
All sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law;
You do not “own” virtual goods; they are licensed to you under this agreement.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by you or 2357 Steps Ltd. You may terminate it by deleting and ceasing to use the Game. We reserve the right to revoke your license and restrict access at our discretion for violations or other legal concerns.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable country without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Severability

If any provision of this document is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
